What does the annual inspection cover?
One thorough Home Comfort Inspection each year covering your heating, cooling, and comfort appliances — cleaning, safety testing (including carbon monoxide), and a plain-English report on how everything's doing. One visit, whole system.
Is the smart thermostat really free?
Yes — the thermostat and professional installation ($399 value) are included when you join either plan. It's also included with any new system replacement. It's not a standalone giveaway; it's part of how we take care of members proactively.
What's the difference between Comfort and Comfort Plus?
Comfort Plus doubles your repair discount to 20%, upgrades the repair warranty from 3 years to the lifetime of the unit, gets you emergency service within 1 business day instead of 2, and credits your monthly payments toward new equipment when replacement day eventually comes.
Can I cancel? Does it transfer if I move?
There's a 12-month initial commitment; after that you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. And yes — the membership transfers to your new home, or to your home's new owner, whichever you prefer.
What's the equipment credit on Comfort Plus?
Your monthly plan payments accumulate as credit toward a future equipment purchase from us. When your system eventually needs replacing, the plan has already been paying you back.
