No mystery, no scare tactics, and we only recommend what the test supports.

IAQ solutions

The right fix for the right problem

Air quality problems have different causes — so the fixes are different too. Here's the toolbox.

Filter replacements

The simplest, most-skipped air quality fix there is. We handle it on a schedule so you never have to remember — BFF members get filters delivered.

iWave air purifiers

Installed in your ductwork, iWave uses ion technology to reduce allergens, odors, smoke, and pathogens — with no ozone and no ongoing maintenance.

UV air sanitizers

UV light neutralizes airborne bacteria and mold spores that slip past ordinary filters — a strong choice for allergy-prone households.

Humidifiers & dehumidifiers

Dry air irritates; damp air grows mold. Whole-home humidity control keeps your air in the healthy middle, year-round.

Duct repair & installation

Leaky or dirty ducts spread dust through every room and bleed money from every bill. We seal, repair, and replace ductwork properly.

Smoke & CO detectors

Carbon monoxide is colorless and odorless — detection is the only defense. We install and test smoke and CO detectors as part of keeping your home genuinely safe.

Air quality and your HVAC system are the same conversation

Your heating and cooling system moves every breath of air in your house several times a day. Dirty coils, clogged filters, and leaky ducts don't just strain the equipment — they redistribute the problem to every room. That's why our annual Home Comfort Inspection looks at comfort and air quality together, and why BFF members get it every year along with filter delivery and 10–20% off any repairs. Also worth a look: whole house fans, which flush your home with fresh outside air in minutes on cool evenings.

Good to know

Air quality questions, answered plainly

Is the air quality assessment really free?

Yes. We test your home's air at no charge and walk you through the results in plain English. If something needs fixing, you'll get flat-rate pricing up front; if nothing does, we'll tell you that too.

What do you test for?

Temperature and humidity, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, airborne allergens, mold, bacteria, volatile organic compounds, plus odor and water-damage inspections. The goal is finding your actual problem, not selling a one-size-fits-all box.

Will a better filter fix my allergies?

Sometimes — and it's the cheapest place to start. But allergens small enough to slip through filters may call for an iWave purifier or UV sanitizer. Testing first means you only buy what your air actually needs.

Do you install carbon monoxide detectors?

Yes, and we test CO levels during heating service visits as standard practice. Every home with gas appliances should have working CO detection on each level.
