How does your pricing work?
Flat-rate and upfront. Diagnostics are $149, waived with any approved repair. Every job is quoted in full before work begins, and the quote is the final price — never a change order.
How often should my AC be serviced?
Once a year, ideally before summer. An annual inspection keeps efficiency up, catches small problems early, and protects your manufacturer warranty. BFF members get it included automatically.
Do you install ductless systems?
Yes — ductless mini-splits are one of our specialties. They're a great fit for room additions, converted garages, and homes without existing ductwork.
