We install to manufacturer specification, test the full system, register your warranties, and walk you through everything before we leave — including your new smart thermostat, which is included with every system replacement.

How do I know if I need a repair or a replacement?
We'll show you both numbers and let you decide. Rule of thumb: if the system is 12–15+ years old and the fix is a big-ticket item, replacement usually wins the math. If a repair makes more sense, that's what we'll recommend — no pressure either way.
What does the 10-year warranty cover?
Parts, labor, material, and equipment for ten years, with no deductibles. On top of that, our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty covers the installation workmanship itself for the life of the system.
Will the final bill match the quote?
Yes — to the dollar. "Never a change order" is a signed promise on every Barker installation. If we run into a surprise mid-job, we absorb it.
